On the subject of body sockets, the quality really varies on the repros.
Some of them have a tendency to explode and fall apart when inserted.
I found a vendor at the 2010 MARC meet, who had the good ones (Gaslight, maybe?).
They held up fine and are a good fit for the side curtain buttons.
