Drain the fuel tank, make sure the shutoff valve is clear, stick a screwdriver into the tank where the fuel line exits the tank. My 31 would not run but about 2 minutes and I found a glob of rust snot in the tank right at the exit of the tank. And please have a fuel filter in the line. I like the clear type so I can see what is happning.
