If it ran fine before lowering, then you need to look at the things you changed as a culprit. If it's the front, my guess is bump steer. If it's the rear, check your pinion angles again. That's where I'd start. I wouldn't just start throwing parts at it (although it sounds like you need some anyway). And definetly put shocks on the front before fixing any bump steering issues. Shocks alone will greatly help that issue.
