Ref:17, I had looked at that SB and wondered if it was applied to the 2-tooth gearbox's. Took a quick look through the SB but didn't see anything adding a fitting to the 2-tooth, or not adding it to the 2-tooth gearbox. I don't know if cornhead will flow good enough to get to the bushings, So with cornhead a grease fitting sounds like a good idea for the bushings. I'm not interested in the needle bearing setup so that's not part of my equation.

I added the fitting to my existing 7-tooth, mainly because I had the gearbox disassembled so why not add it. And I have used it to grease the bushings. Now I have this 2-tooth tore down, I think a grease fitting is in the cards for this 2-tooth, anyway, it's a jalopy, not a points car.
