Wanted ads are prime targets. If you do get scam responses make sure you report those profiles to Ryan so others dont get scammed.


The other thing I always do is insist on a Facebook Messenger live chat with seller, parts and some sort of ID. If you/they dont have messenger ask a close relative or the kid next door.


Then payment only by Paypal GOODS AND SERVICES. Not friends and Family, not Zelle etc etc etc.


If they wont do both of those walk away. Sure you may miss the odd deal but better that than losing a heap of cash, which I have bitter personal experience in.
