Bad U-joint in the driveshaft?
Have you replaced a brake drum recently? They can be out of balance.
Front end alignment? Worn or dry rotted rubber bushings in the front suspension?
Loose rivets or broken tabs on the flexplate? But the vibration would more likely vary with engine rpm instead of road speed. Slip it into neutral to see if the vibration goes away?
