While I cannot answer your question about other faux Sun Valleys, I do know that Mercury Sun Valleys were produced in 1954 and 1955 only. 54's were on the Monterey platform and 55's on the Montclair. Authentic '54 Sun Valleys were either yellow or mint green with a dark green hardtop. Not sure about the '55 color offerings.
