It sounds like some of you never clean up your temporary internet files. What I am saying is that every time you go to a site, it leaves a data file of the address of the site on your computer. Even if you delete your most recent entries, there are still entries from months ago out there.
Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of this screen and then find Delete Browsing Data. Go back as far as you can and then delete. It may take a while to finish.

Be prepared to re-enter ALL your sign-on credentials as they will also be removed from every site you have visited. It's the way it is. But this should give you a fresh start.
