I envy you guys that have the space and $ to collect the commercial type vehicles, especially GB Sisson who is still making them “earn their keep.” I find the big COE types with their unique styles to be most interesting. I marvel at all the work that was accomplished with 100 HP and less. I would bet the heat of the engine in the cab over trucks was welcome in the winter but a nuisance in the summer in the days before AC. Back in the 80s there was a guy here who had a 38/39 COE with a tilt bed that he hauled his drag car on. Truck and car painted alike. Quite impressive to me!
