By 1925, if your body is actually a 25, there a lot of wood in the cowl area was replaced by pressed steel bracket and braces including the hinge post. The rear would have used the pressed steel hinge pillars and the fender/top supports. Without looking at the body book the 22 might have used those rear hinge pillars and fender/top too. If your body has all those braces, brackets and pillars, good chance the 1922 wood kit could be made to work with a few modifications. The difference might be in the tack rail. Yours might need the wider one.
