OK, update on my situation. MRI yesterday, results today show no bone fractures but considerable muscle damage. PT recommended which I start in a week. I still think there is nerve damage as well. We'll see how the PT works and go from there.
I do appreciate all the concern.

Correction: Visit from orthopedic doctor said I had no fractures. However, Radiology report I just received shows 5 fractures, 4 on the right and 1 on the left. Narrative states this. No wonder I cannot walk. Waiting for call from primary doc to drive further treatment. To me it looks like surgery is in my future.
