Plumb the switch first out of the master cylinder, then the rpv, BUT I would strongly suggest installing a mechanical brake light switch on the pedal bracket (assuming chassis mounted pedals) vs the crappy hydraulic switches now available. A quality weather resistant mechanical, like the Ron Francis SW42 I use on several cars, can handle high current halogen bulbs and allows sensitivity adjustment a pressure switch cannot.
