The last picture (althought the end frame cross member is not attached) shows the bed bolt coming through the end of the wood block.
If you have a reproduced bed, there will be some holes you need to create.
The bolt is a tappered head bolt that has a square hole in the top of it for tightening.
If you are unclear on all of this, try and find a 1935-1937 1/2 ton pickup to reference.

One picture shows the end frame cross member attached and the hole where the bolt goes into the frame after going through the wood block.
The other picture shows the head of the bolt that you are needed.
