Thanks for the thoughts Karl.

Everything about the doors works just fine.
They swing open and close freely.
The issue is the actual latching of them.
There is a double latch. The first catch is ok.
It is the second and final catch that is the problem.
That is when I have to "slam" the door to get it to latch solid.
It seems like the door insulation is causing the issue, but I'm not sure.
Either that, or the door needs to be "tweaked" outward at the hinges
in order for the back of the door to catch fully.

I'm just not sure.
