Today. I have four new front spring main leafs made by a near by spring works. Because they only know metric, and the A is imperial, I have to custom make the bushes for the eye ends. After measuring, the eyes were rolled to neither. The OD required varied from .745" to .758" for a good fit. So, I bought some 20mm grade 10.9 bolts, chopped the heads off and turned the bushes to each individual size. Bore the ID to .562", parted off at 1.750", press the bush in and final ream to size. Two down, two to go.
