I 'THINK' some were built here but I believe they were custom bodies. So Ford would have made a regular Fordor/Tudor and then shipped it to a coach builder for modification. After that it would have been up to who bought it as to how it was designed inside. So you essentially have a blank slate to fabricate it how you think it may have looked and functioned. That is my best guess but I am sure someone way smarter than me will chime in. I still love your car though.
