Adam,if interested there are mor pics of my '37 on a thread i started 02/20/24 entitled "Find out more about my '37 Fordor". on page 2 Pete Hoovie enlarged em. also a few on page 1. you talked about the danger of that 919 to your son reminds me when my son first started riding i told him you have to ride like they wanna kill you. i just figured my instruction and riding while training him would work either he would change his mind or wanna throw a leg over. i guess he saw my passion and my safety practices. ofcourse he remembered my story of the kaw 900s how they scared the crap outa me.at one time while he was still single he bought a 1200 sporty powered Buell that we both worked on together. we replaced whole front end,exhaust,swing arm bearings and other various parts. esentialy safer and faster. we both had touring harleys at the same time.it wasnt to much time after us working the Buell he said this thing scares the crap outa me dad. like you with your son i was relieved!!.
