There were a couple of users on this forum who were into fuel injection, "ken henry" and "kilohertz". Do a "search" on their names and you should find a lot of stuff. As I remember, they had some good results.
As for an intake manifold for the application you're talking about, I'd start with a late model Mercury 4 bolt manifold. I'm sure there are adapters available and they can be bored out quite a bit.
