Hi,
The rotor does turn, and appears to be at the right height. My plugs were all gunged up, and I thought that might be the culprit, but I took them out and gave them a good cleaning with the wire brush ... to no effect.
No major modifications on the electrical side, just some small stuff to prevent shorts
