Agree with the above, with the use of a normally open toggle for safety concerns. A toggle of this sort completes a circuit only while being held in the on position, and is used only to prime the manual pump and to overcome a temporary vapor lock. While a pressure regulator would not be essential for this particular installation, a regulator adds a smart layer of protection.
