Many years ago, at the Turlock, California swap meet someone had a European model "Y" type roadster for sale. It was missing the deck lid. I considered buying it, but it would have to been transported to my home in Connecticut. also, where would i find a deck lid. Well, I passed on it, and I understand that the fellow that bought it still has it, but it is not for sale. Knowing what I know now, there are several shops that could have made the deck lid. That is life, would have, could have, should have.
