I'm not exactly sure what you're wanting to know, but here are photos of my '54 Ranch Wagon's rear panels that were on my computer. (Car's in storage.) Don't know about the sedan, but since you said your existing panels are long gone, maybe this photo will help...maybe not.
My wagon is a Mainline, so the factory door and side panels are what I'd call cheesy. They are original on my car, though.
