Need to build a v8 for my roadster. Threw a rod bearing in my diamond B block about 2.5 months ago and its scrap at this point (needs new main insert bearings). I’ve priced it out and the Flathead build is going to cost WAY less. Sad but the banger is out, the 8 goes in.

Rebuild my trans

Optional: Need to buy and install a new or old top on my irons.

Car has to be running by end of January so that I can enjoy it with my daughters asap.

Trying to buy a stock 30/31 coupe asap also - love that original styling!!!. My roadster gets lonely by itself in the garage.
