Just a note on Cashier’s Checks.

If your a seller. They can come back and bite you. If they don’t clear Federal Reserve.

I always wait until my bank advises me that the check has cleared before sending out material or giving car to shipper. Can take 5 to 7 days.

There are fake Cashier’s Checks out there.

Be careful.
