I used a Fastenal steel spacer washer with an A wishbone and '36 axle; 0.250 thick; 0.636 ID /1.25 OD; PN33585. Price in 2018 was 2.49 each. I mounted mine between the bottom of the axle and the wishbone to maximize lowering.
