These do fracture quite easily though if tool is dropped.
If I remember Harbor Fright Has some no name ones too.
I use them to reduce the number of coils on Heli-coils when only wrong size is available.
Might not work on armatures.
Years ago Bill Kenz told me that starter armatures should NOT be under cut. Only Generators.
Is that still true?

I hold that to be true. I NEVER undercut the armature on a starter motor.
