When I was in the service, a Maxillo-facial surgeon I usually assisted did the same thing as Mart's friend when he was checking for a loose wire on a GM solenoid. A lot of amps and heat real fast. The Colonel was out of action for a while. Gold is an EXCELLENT conductor.
Gary, did you go buy a lottery ticket on the way home after finding your ring?
