FWIW, Ford made a floor design change sometime between the first 1938 and the last 1939. The 1940-41 blocks are the same as the later style.


Functionally, you likely do not need the full timber block Ford used. A short (about 4" front to back) spacer for the #2 and # 3 body bolts with a spacer covering between the # 4 body mount and front bed mount (the front bed mount timbers stack onto a "tail" of the body block" should do the job. Note the #1 cab bolt is direct to frame (except for a single layer of webbing).
