This is an exhaust spacer for the FE (I think).
I don't remember if it came off of my 390 or 428. But its 1 1/2 inches thick, 3 1/4 inches between bolt holes and has a 2 1/8 inch hole for the exhaust. Its in excellent condition but its used. $20 shipped. PM me or email
