I just got off the phone with Joe. Their hours of operation as printed on their catalogue are Monday to Friday I forgot Phoned them and got the answering machine. About an hour later I get a call from Joe asking what I needed. I mentioned I forgot their hours. He replied I saw your name and know your a loyal customer and. Thought you might need something ASAP. Can't Thi k of another business that call a customer when they are closed. Gotta love service like that.
