Default Re: Valve seats

To remove- get washers that fit into the inside of the seat.
I used a stick welder to weld the washer to the inside of the seat.
Does not need to be perfect. This will shrink them, they will be easy to remove.
I had a company called K.O.Lee make 16 new seats to my measurements.
I took some plumbing parts to make a guide- fits the inside and flat top of the seat,
extends into the lifter below- so the seat is driven in perfectly flat- with a hammer.
I lube with never seize.
This worked for me- I have had the experience using proper machinery. (on other engines).
For many, this will be best to take to someone with the tooling and experience.
