Thanks everybody. Im definitely ok with it being a 4 door. I hope I didnt come across negative towards 4 doors. I love the suicide rear doors.

The block of wood was put down as a "just in case". That was right after I got it home.

The parking brake cables seem to engage and disengage fine. The problem I have is that after driving a short distance in normal stop and go traffic, the parking brake engages and the brakes lock up. Once cooled, all is well.

I removed the parking brake arms, wired the cables out of the way and that seemed to fix the issue. I can drive all day long with no problems at all. When I got the car the brake shoes were all different sizes so I can imagine that the parking brake arms are wrong as well. They do not rotate freely on the inside of the brake shoes.

So I will either modify what I have or find proper parking brake arms.
