My Brother shipped a car and a truck via Intercity in November 2020 from Buffalo to Phoenix and he had to wait a long time for a pickup - like two months or more. He was in no hurry when he signed up but it took a long time to get a truck there and it finally arrived just before it started snowing. Another day or two and it would have been messy loading the truck. One of the vehicles that was normally never stored outside had to sit outside for those couple of months waiting for the truck to get there. I used them about 6 years ago and had no issues.
