I don't think at this point it would be beyond naming the person. They can respond.
My understanding Ryan isn't going to babysit every sale.
Life happens also, they might have issues we don't know and someone else might. or know the seller from another sale. It is a bit of money to not make light of.
Talking tough on the web isn't going to do anything.
