Studying his picture doesn’t settle the question of which ring/rim style he has, while wheel parts numbers would do that. I think it most likely he has the Firestone RH and hasn’t yet broken his bead and found the inner ring indents, etc. If doing the job himself isn’t in the cards there are old tire techs at work that can do the job for him.
