Thanks for all the good suggestions. This afternoon I worked with it some. I disconnected the wiper and plugged the hole on the intake, ran it and still did it. Checked all around for a vacuum leak and no luck.. Took the carb apart and found nothing unusual there. It does have ball valve instead of a stock needle valve. It has all new gas lines but I haven't thought to check the fuel flow. I'll have to look at that next. Thanks again!
