Another couple questions:
Correct color and the correct strips if original.

The 2 heaters shown. The one with the strips looks greenish grey and the strips look orange. This one also has a rod to switch the defrost ducts open or closed.

The other which i think is later up to 1947 shows no color just surface rust. No strips and a cable operated for the defrost ducts.

Both mount the same and are identified truck by the drain plug in the heater core.
