Not a whole lot one can tell from pictures of an assembled lower end.
I can see that some of the pistons have shims showing but they don't look like factory ones to me. Seems fairly clean.
At least a few of the timing gear teeth are good. The remaining 90% no clue.

One would need to open up the bearings for a look see to really start to know the condition.

Rock/jiggle the crank back and forth to see if you can see excess movement of the rod bearings.
