What you're asking for is called a
periodical index. These require a ton of work and are usually sold to libraries and other places that will pay the high prices required to justify it. Beyond the legwork, the compiler has the upfront cost of subscribing to or acquiring all the periodicals to be indexed. I'm not aware of a periodical index for the Model A. If you wanted to make one, though, there are institutions/museums that have most or all of the relevant periodicals on hand for you to catalog.
This index covers the Restorer, the News, and the Times from about 1968-2019. However, the descriptive lines are quite short, probably doesn't meet your expectation for helping you narrow down the search field.
