I have several Edmunds manifolds, and that's how they typically hooked up the windshield wipers. That manifold is different from most Edmunds dual manifolds in that the carburetors appear to mounted further forward than usual. To use it, you will probably need a special generator bracket. It does look like an alternator might fit, though. Finally, the road draft tube and oil filler tube openings in the front make that for the later "8ba" engines ('49-'53).

While that setup is desirable (especially with those carburetors), it is not a sought after rare collectible.
