Most aluminum case 2-speeds were set up for the early small block pattern bell housing for 221/260 engines or light 6-cylinders like early Falcons had. A person would have to make sure it will fit the Y-block bell pattern. The torque convert will have to fit the crankshaft end as well with the correct starter flex plate.
