It could very well be, but EDSEL (part of MEL) cataloged its parts in a separate/dedicated text.

... I had complete cataloging (other than EDSEL) but got rid of it as I thought it was no longer needed. But I am a moron so nothing new to report here.
The photo you show is the 58 FE 361 (E-400). There is also a 410 MEL that may be unique also.
CORRECTION- I just noticed the photo is a 59 EDSEL. EDSEL dropped the MEL 410 for the 59 model run and I thought (need to verify) offered the FE 332 and 361 but I am not sure of those rocker covers. They are 58 unique if I remember correctly.
Eh, it will give me something to do ...
