Second generation Model "A" owner. Parents had an "AA" truck and coupe. Mom bought the coupe for $85. She could hand crank the coupe when the Bendix spring was broke.My dad always said,"they are going to make these again some day". He was kind of right when the Shay was manufactured. He would probably have been disappointed in the Shay. I always enjoyed being with my dad when he was working on the Model A's.
