I also use a 5/8 hole saw, drill press and a little oil. Just cut the swaged portion of the stud. Stud will drop right out. 4 hubs and 8 shoes will fit in a US mail flat rate box for the cheapest shipping to Randy. Yes I also recommend Randy, he is a pleasure to deal with. Note I said 8 shoes as well. Randy arcs the new shoes with the proper linings to match the turned drums for a good price.
