Went and took a good look at the 49 over the weekend. Gonna bring it home next weekend.
Couldn't find any rust except for the drivers side floor boards. Should be an easy fix. The truck needs a lot of mechanical repair, no brakes at all, the wiring harness is a DIY setup that's in good shape but I'll want to put it back stock, has been converted to 12 volts however. The engine appeared to have a considerable amount of blow-by, my first flatty V8, I'll have lots of questions.
