Rust out spots really depends on the area you buy your truck from. Mid-west and south can be really bad, north west US varies, southwest US is usually solid....
Most I've seen rust out where the lower valance meets the front fender extensions - below the headlight. The metal bed floor can rot depending on how the truck was cared for. Plus what the others have mentioned.
