I've bought one of those hard rubber mates at Tractor Supply they use it in horse stalles, it must be about 5x9 and about 1in. thick , I use it in front of my bench, it will roll an engine stand loaded, I've built a lot engines on it and a lot of oil on it, just sprinkel speedy dry on it, It's heavy, takes 2 guys to get it out of the truck and lay in front of the bench, it's easyer to stand on and build an engine than the cement floor, It's about $40 bucks.
