How old is your engine? I would never push a Babbit engine this fast so I would suggest an inserted motor. And an overdrive would be a must if you want to substain those speeds for long periods of time. I would also put the 16" wheels on so that you have a better grip on the road, and it'll help you stop faster. You also will need some good brakes. The normal model a can not go 65-75 for long periods of time. This would allow you to go 65-75 as safe as possible in a model a.
