Been a little while so I thought I would update this. Bought a running take out 37 engine from a guy in Milwaukee. It is getting picked up from a buddy tomorrow and delivered when he comes to autorama. The original 35 trans is done and ready. Talked to the guy that bought the engine that was in my truck (a '37 with block off plates and my original 35 heads, etc. and we are swapping the 37 stuff from my engine for the original 35 stuff. Happy about that!
The truck is getting taken apart so that I can start on the new chassis. I am going to do the chassis first and then start in on the sheetmetal work.
