Sometimes I put cinnamon in my coffee as an additive to stabilize the taste. It's money I choose to spend because it works for my taste buds. Now if it's a scan from the Indonesia, where almost half of the world's cinnamon is produced, I cannot say for sure but I like it once and a while in my cup of joe. How one likes their cup is a matter of personal taste.
